Set directly on the Longkou shoreline, the resort gathers a hotel, commercial units and supporting facilities. The mass is broken into smaller shell-like volumes whose bio-mimetic forms let the whole ensemble dissolve into the seascape and the coastal nature around it. After dark, the woven skin glows like lanterns on the water.
