LuxTect is an architecture and interior design practice founded in 2008. Our work spans office campuses, hotels and resorts, cultural buildings, mixed-use complexes and retail spaces across China — from a seaside software campus in Zhuhai to a ceramics museum in Jingdezhen and a national retail system for a fashion brand.
Masterplanning, concept and schematic design for offices, hospitality, culture and residential projects.
Retail identities, showrooms and mall interiors — built systems that scale from one store to a national rollout.
Adaptive reuse of existing buildings and industrial heritage, from facade renewal to full structural transformation.
